This event is specifically designed for the GTC community. GTC is dedicated to creating a supportive environment that fosters relationships, encourages the growth of new ideas, and provides exceptional travel experiences for clients. Attendees have the opportunity to network with over 150 partners, participate in panel discussions, join breakout sessions, and engage in invite-only focus groups.
Elevate Connections attendance is open to any GTC Principal IC Advisor, IC Associate Advisor, or House Advisor.
Elevate Connections event will host 200 advisors.
This event is specifically for GTC advisors and preferred partners only.
All National, State, and Local COVID regulations, requirements and protocols will be followed.
Elevate Connections travels to destinations where a majority of GTC advisors are physically located. In 2024, the event will take place at Pier Sixty in New York City.
Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of each advisor, as these events are local for most. Elevate Connections will be held at, Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, and there are no hotel rooms within the venue itself. GTC does not have a hotel block for this event, so we recommend advisors secure accommodations, soon.
If the advisor confirms attendance and cancels within 30 days of the event, they will be invoiced a $100 cancellation fee. This will also be taken under consideration for future events.

This event is specifically designed for the GTC community. Elevate Connections attendance is open to any GTC Principal IC Advisor, IC Associate Advisor, or House Advisor.
Depending on the partnership level selected, partners will receive between 1-2 participant registrations. Additional registrations can be purchased for $500 per additional participant. Partners are limited to (3) total registrations for the event.
All National, State, and local COVID regulations, requirements and protocols will be followed.

At the most basic level of participation, partners can participate in the Tradeshow with a highboy table and one participant registration or with a 6ft table with two participant registrations.
Elevate events are the only events made specifically for the Global Travel Collection community including advisors from Protravel International, Tzell Travel Group, ALTOUR, In The Know Experiences, All Star Travel Group, and Colletts Travel. These events are the only community building events celebrating all-things GTC. Attendees can expect unique program launches, product training and general sessions announcing exclusive news in addition to traditional and experiential networking opportunities.
Partners can expect to gain exposure to 200 of GTC's top luxury travel advisors at each event - the equivalent of attending (15) external events - all in one place. Don't get lost in a sea of thousands and stand out to our curated audience. GTC is committed to providing tools and resources to advisors and partners to extend the event beyond the chosen dates.
We are holding the event at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, and there are no hotel rooms within the venue itself. GTC does not have a hotel block for this event, so please secure accommodations soon.
Partners are liable for all contracted fees. Intentions to cancel must be made in writing from the partner. Refunds will be made up to (1) month before the start of the event less admin fees. After this date, no refunds for contracted services will be given. This will also be taken into consideration for future event invitations.
